The Kuokkala Manor in Jyväskylä

Since my cousin is visiting us here with her daughter
we thought to go sight seeing on Saturday. Also my sister
and her family were then from Kuopio so they joined us. :)

We went to see the old Kuokkala Manor ->
KUOKKALAN KARTANO that was built in 1904.
There was lots to see, inside and outside.
We also had a coffee and delicious cakes in
the cozy cafeteria. :)

This wooden house was in the area too.
I think it's not as old as the manor itself,
but it's still very beautiful. :)

We bought this nice old Travel Guide of Jyväskylä
from the manor with the black & white card with
aerial picture of the Kuokkala Manor, taken in the late 1920s. :)
